I began to seek more interest in God when I was in high school back in 1978. I wanted to know who He really was.  I had heard about God and Jesus but I didn't know either one of them.  After high school graduation, Adella and I were married at the age of 19.  We always wanted to do right and have a together family.  I became aware of the need for God in my life when Adella and I began to experience problems in our marriage.  I came from a broken home and didn't want that for my children.  I went to a Bible study one night and began to sense the presence of God.  I felt convicted of the sin in my life and that night asked God to forgive me and asked Jesus to come into my life and be my Lord.  I was born again that night in August 1980.  I went home and told my wife what had happened, she began to cry.  We prayed and she made Jesus the Lord of her life that night also.  We have been married for 28 years now and the Lord has given us the desire of our hearts, which is to have a good family. We have 5 children and 5 grandchildren.

We have been members of Harvest Christian Church for over 20 years. Our involvement as members of Champions In Christ Motorcycle Ministry is truly a blessing as we get to be witnesses to other bikers. We give God thanks and praise for His abundant grace and love that He has given to us.
