Check in is at 11:30 a.m. with 12:30 p.m. tee off (Shotgun).  All proceeds go to the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation to provide a week of fun at Champ Camp for burn injured children.  If you would like to participate, sponsor a hole for $50 or make a donation please download and return the completed flyer below.
