Dan & Melinda Koehler have served in Central and Eastern Africa for 20 years. The main thrust of their ministry is to train the nationals to reach their own nations. They do this through raising up churches, Bible schools and doing seminars in every area of the country as well as translation of books into Swahili. Dan and Melinda also publish articles in the local papers and do radio ministry. In helping with the poor, they also have Luke 14 outreaches by inviting the poor, lame and blind to the church for a meal and minister to them. They are presently working in Tanzania but with outreaches to DRC and Rwanda.
The Koehlers have three children that work with them in the ministry. Hannah who is 14, Caleb who is 12 and Bekah who is 9.
