 Honduras
Marne and Edith Cottriel were married in Lancaster, California in 1964. They have two married children and five grandchildren ranging in ages from 18 months to 17 years old.
Their full time ministry began in Livermore, California where they served as Associate Pastors. After serving in Livermore they pastored churches in Oxnard and Lomita, California and served as Associate Pastors at Bakersfield First Assembly of God and in Yuba City, California.
From full time ministry the Lord led Marne into teaching at California State University Chico and Butte College. In 1997 they began working with Latin America Childcare. In recent years they have developed continuing education seminars for the Latin America Childcare teachers and staff in Honduras along with leading building teams from the U.S. for various projects. Their current emphasis, along with the seminars, is the development of a vocational training school in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This school is scheduled for dedication in 2007.
